Strategic Briefing
If you send a briefing, we process your answers (investment band, project type, timing), your name, company and title, work email, your role in the decision, an optional one-sentence description, the language of the page and the market you chose on the entry gate, to reply to your request. The briefing is delivered to our team through [DELIVERY SERVICE: signed webhook, n8n, Gmail]. Legal basis: taking steps at your request, your consent (the unticked box you confirm before sending) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
How we collect data, and whether you must provide it
We collect data directly from you through the briefing form, and automatically as technical request data (see “Security and logs”). Your name, company, work email, role and the answers you select are needed to reply to your request; without them we cannot answer. The one-sentence description is optional.
Priority class, no automated decisions
From your answers (investment band and role) the server assigns the request an internal priority class (high or medium). It is written into the subject line of the e-mail we receive so that we can read requests in a sensible order. It does not send, refuse or answer anything automatically, and no decision with legal effect about you is made by a machine. A person reads every request.
Security and logs
Our hosting provider processes technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We use your IP address only for short-lived rate limiting that blocks abusive traffic. When you reach the last step of the briefing, a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile runs and processes technical data such as your IP address.
Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own. Your language and your market are chosen by the address of the page (for example “/” for English, “/de” for German, “?m=” for the market) and are not stored. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (Turnstile bot check), n8n and Google (Gmail) process data on our behalf to deliver your briefing; some of their servers are outside your country. [TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS, e.g. standard contractual clauses]. Their own privacy policies apply to what they process.
Retention
We keep briefings for [RETENTION PERIOD] unless a contract is concluded, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law (for example GDPR or KVKK) you can ask whether we process your data and request a copy, ask for correction, deletion or restriction, request portability, object to processing, withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting what was processed before) and complain to a supervisory authority.
